Check: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Put the kids to bed, send your girlfriend home, tell Aunt Lucille that you\u2019ll call her back tomorrow, let the dog out, take your smoke break.<\/li>\n<li>Have you spec\u2019d back to a raiding spec and spoken with the trainer?<\/li>\n<li>Got all your glyphs?<\/li>\n<li>Fill any empty gem sockets and make sure your new stuff enchanted.<\/li>\n<li>Dump stuff you don\u2019t need in the bank to make room for PhatLootz\u2122.<\/li>\n<li>Have you read the weekly post and the strategy guide?<\/li>\n<li>Make sure all your add-ons updated, set-up and working.<\/li>\n<li>Bring your dinner of cheesepuffs &amp; Dr. Pepper to your desk.  If necessary, bring enough additional puffs to cover snacks and dessert.  Make sure you have enough napkins to wipe down the keyboard when you spill so you don\u2019t need to get up in the middle of a boss fight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Invites are begining.  Check: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be on the appropriate character and join your raiding channels.<\/li>\n<li>Do you have enough flasks or elixirs appropriate to your class\/spec?<\/li>\n<li>Make sure you have enough potions of all the types you\u2019ll need.<\/li>\n<li>Refill your personal stock of buffing food in case no one has prepared any feasts.<\/li>\n<li>Check your bags for that resist gear or off-set spec.<\/li>\n<li>How is your supply of bandages?  If low, have you prepared a bribe for a healer?<\/li>\n<li>Confirm that you have an adequate supply of drinking water, in case of no mage.<\/li>\n<li>Are you carrying enough reagents, be they purchased or fashioned from souls?<\/li>\n<li>Are you on Ventrilo and in the right channel?<\/li>\n<li>Get on the bird to the dungeon entrance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Five minutes \u2018til pull. Check: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are you in the instance, next to your buddies, in front of the night\u2019s first target?<\/li>\n<li>Eat your buffing food, take your elixirs, apply your self buffs.<\/li>\n<li>Quick gear re-check to make sure you aren\u2019t still wielding <strong>Last Month\u2019s Mutton<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Have you buffed people, dropped a table or soulwell, or offered to help summon the remaining stragglers?<\/li>\n<li>Get in position, prepare for the pull, be awesome.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An hour \u2018til.
